Hi, I’m Dave.
Dave has worked in advertising, brand development and strategic communications for over 25 years. He is a creative guy at heart with a seemingly endless amount of energy and a charismatic personality that cultivates rock solid client relationships. In the late 90’s, he sold his previous ad agency to a US-based communications group, and continued to manage creative campaigns for big brands like RBC Financial, Frigidaire, Bank of Hawaii, GE Capital and Jacuzzi. Following a couple years as Managing Creative Director for the North American business, Dave moved on to pursue senior marketing roles in the Financial Services and Pharmaceutical industries.
Agency life is in Dave’s DNA, so he couldn’t ignore the urge to get back into it. He opened Carve in 2007 with the goal to keep his new agency lean and keen.

Cindy is never at a loss for words – whether it be a short headline that grabs your attention tightly or rich content that smoothly draws you in and keeps you engaged.
She’s a seasoned writer and content creator with over 20 years of experience working on countless consumer and B2B campaigns for national brands like Nissan, Simmons, Nestle, Manulife Financial, The Co-operators and Whirlpool. Before joining Carve, she spent over ten years in the Toronto ad agency scene and another 10 years in copywriting, content creation and marketing campaign management positions on the client side.
Cindy is closely connected to Carve’s clients on a strategic level, taking on the role of big-picture thinker – a picture that is worth a thousand words.
